ITAMA FIFTYFIVE M/Y MELTEN

There are yachts that follow their time and others that manage to transcend it.

Presented in 2006, the Itama FiftyFive marked a turning point in the shipyard's history, reinterpreting the brand's classic lines through modern spaces, performance, and design solutions. A balance recognized from its debut with the World Yacht Trophy in Cannes.

Even today, it retains its intact identity: deep blue hull, teak deck, low and inclined windshield, sleek profile, and essential elegance, free from fleeting trends.

It is a recognizable yacht from a distance. And above all, it is a yacht that owners rarely part with.

The authentic pleasure of driving

The FiftyFive represents one of the purest expressions of the Mediterranean open yacht.

The long bow hood, the sporty command position, the low center of gravity, and the pronounced V-shaped hull provide precise, dry, and engaging navigation, even in rough seas.

The MAN engines, up to two units of 1,360 CV, allow for a maximum speed of around 41 knots, maintaining stability, control, and comfort.

Every element is designed to create a direct relationship between the commander, the yacht, and the sea:

  • wide visibility from the driving position;
  • immediate response to commands;
  • stable trim;
  • dynamic and sporty behavior;
  • constant feeling of control.

Driving an Itama FiftyFive means fully participating in navigation.

Spaces beyond expectations

At the time of its launch, one of the most surprising elements was its ability to offer volumes normally reserved for larger yachts.

The layout includes three cabins, three bathrooms, a large dinette, a fully equipped kitchen, and an independent crew cabin.

The cockpit also fully interprets the Mediterranean lifestyle: large sunbathing areas, a convivial dining area, and fluid passages allow for living the outdoor spaces during navigation and long anchor stops.
